Getting Started

Sharedequal connects polo players in Singapore ordering from the same international brands. By consolidating orders, we share international shipping costs fairly among all participants, making premium gear more accessible.

No. You can join a drop or request one using our simple forms. We'll keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.

Browse active drops on our Drop Calendar, select the brand you're interested in, and fill out the registration form. Once we reach minimum participation, your drop will move to the Confirming phase.

Yes. Use our Request a Drop form to suggest any premium polo brand. If enough players are interested, we'll organise a group order.

Payments and Fees

You pay a holding deposit when your drop moves to the Confirming phase. The balance is due once the shipment arrives in Singapore and final costs are calculated.

We charge SGD 8 per participant for standard orders, and SGD 12 per participant for orders including mallets or mixed oversized items. There are no markups on products or shipping costs.

No. All costs are transparent: product price + actual shipping + service fee. We provide itemised breakdowns before you confirm.

We only accept bank transfers or PayNow.

Shipping and Logistics

We use a two-bucket approach. Standard items share by order value. Mallets and oversized items share equally by item count to reflect the extra handling costs.

Couriers charge based on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight. Mallets are long, triggering volumetric charges and special handling fees.

Yes. Each brand has different shipping partners, packaging, and rates. We use actual invoiced costs with no markups.

Default collection is at the local polo club. However, an appointment has to be made. Alternative arrangements may be available upon request.

This depends on the drop. Some participants may arrange joint delivery for additional cost. Contact us for specifics.

Drop Status and Timing

Open: registrations being accepted. Confirming: finalising orders and collecting deposits. Ordered: confirmed order placed with brand. In Transit: shipment on the way. Ready for Collection: arrived and sorted. Completed: all items collected.

No. Joining is only available during the Open phase. Once we close registration to finalise orders, no new participants can join.

Typically 4-7 weeks from Open to Ready for Collection, though timelines may vary by brand. Registration remains open for 15 days, with all orders closing on the final day. Following closure, we confirm orders, place them with the brand, and coordinate international shipping and local sorting.

Each drop has a minimum participant requirement. This varies by brand and order complexity. We'll notify you if your drop doesn't reach minimum and issue a full refund.

Cancellations and Returns

You can withdraw before the Confirming phase closes without penalty. Once orders are placed, cancellations are not possible.

Returns depend on the brand's policy. We can facilitate the process, but cannot guarantee returns for all items. Check the brand's return policy before ordering.

All deposits are fully refunded. We'll notify you immediately and process refunds within 3-5 business days.

Minor changes (size, colour) are sometimes possible before the Confirming phase closes. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
