Starting a Drop

Start a drop if you already know the brand or item you want and do not see an existing drop for it.

How it works:

  1. Submit a drop request through the form.

  2. Provide the item details.

  3. We will reach out to you on the specifications closer to when the order window closes.

Joining a Drop

Join a drop if you see an existing request for a brand you are also interested in.

How it works:

  1. Review available drops listed on the site or drop calendar.

  2. Join the drop and submit your item details.

  3. We will reach out to you on the specifications closer to when the order window closes.

Item Details Required for Each Order

To process your order accurately and avoid delays, every Sharedeq request must include the exact specifications as shown on the brand’s official website. It would be ideal if you could provide the link which leads to the exact item, but if not you would have to provide the exact specifications. This ensures we can place your order precisely and allocate shipping and import costs fairly.

A. Product Identification

  1. Brand name

  2. Product name

  3. Product URL (direct link to the exact item page)

  4. Product variant URL (if the brand uses separate links for colours, sizes, or styles)

  5. Product code or SKU (if displayed on the site)

  6. Category (Helmet, Boots, Mallet, Gloves, Knee Pads, Other)

B. Size, Fit, and Measurements

Provide the exact option selected on the brand website. Where applicable, include both the size label and the measurement.

Examples include:

  1. Helmet size (Small, Medium, Large, or head circumference in cm)

  2. Helmet fit system (if offered, such as adjustable liner sizing)

  3. Boots size (EU, UK, or US as shown on the website)

  4. Boots calf width and height options (if the brand offers these)

  5. Glove size (Small, Medium, Large, or numerical sizing)

  6. Mallet length (in inches)

  7. Mallet handle size or grip thickness

  8. Knee pad size (if applicable)

  9. Any measurement notes you used to pick the size (optional but helpful)

C. Colour and Style Selection

  1. Colour option (exact name as shown on the brand website)

  2. Finish or material option (for example carbon fibre, matte finish, leather type)

  3. Style variation (if the product has multiple versions under the same listing)

  4. Left or right orientation (if applicable)

D. Customisation and Personalisation

If the item is customisable, provide the exact details entered on the brand website.

  1. Initials, name, or engraving text

  2. Placement location (if the site allows selection)

  3. Font or style option (if selectable)

  4. Colour of text or stitching (if selectable)

  5. Any special notes exactly as entered on the brand site

  6. Screenshot of the customisation page or final configuration screen (recommended for customised items)

E. Quantity and Pricing

  1. Quantity (number of units per item)

  2. Item value per unit (as shown on the brand website)

  3. Currency (as displayed on the website)

  4. Any listed discounts applied at checkout (if shown before payment)

  5. Sales tax shown on the brand website, if any (some brands display VAT or local taxes)

F. Delivery and Collection Preferences

  1. Preferred collection location (for example Singapore Polo Club or agreed pickup point)

  2. Preferred contact method (WhatsApp, email, Instagram)

  3. Any timing constraints (optional)

G. Supporting Proof

To reduce errors, Sharedo may request:

  1. Screenshot of your cart summary

  2. Screenshot of sizing selection

  3. Screenshot of customisation details

  4. Any size chart link used (if the brand provides one)

Important Notes

  1. All details must match the brand’s website exactly

  2. Sharedequal does not alter sizes, configurations, or customisation details after submission

  3. You remain responsible for fit, performance, and warranty matters, which are handled by the brand

  4. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the drop or require re-confirmation

  5. For customised items, submissions without screenshots may be delayed for verification
